Notes

  • 8/15/03 - Made starter - 650 ml water + 1/2 c. wheat DME.
  • This turned out really well. I actually made it by request of the Williams brothers. I gave half the batch to them, which they promptly consumed with great pleasure. I'll surely make it again. This also turned out to be my first instance of blowoff. You can see pictures here
