Now that we’re kinda sorta half settled in the new house (at least the kitchen is put together), I think it’s time to brew another batch of beer. I’d like to brew something more on the heavy side…something more appropriate for winter consumption. Here are my top options:

• Imperial Stout
• Winter Warmer
• Dark Cherry Stout

I rekon’ it’s durn near time for a lunchtime run to Northern Brewer.
