new desk! finally!
We’ve now been in the house for a few weeks, and I finally got the time tonight to set up my new desk. I’m really happy about it. It’ll give me a place to dump my stuff and not pollute the rest of the house with my geekiness. You can see pics of the new desk (forgive the bad focus) and some other moving pics here.
I’m not sure you’ll be able to hear your wife call with those large speakers on either side of the desk. Make sure you keep the volume on those dogs at a respectable level.
Whew, that receiver is about two inches from hitting the floor… ;-)
Nah – there’s a post on the right side of the desk holding the reciever up. You can’t see it in the picture.
