We’re just about nine hours away from the launch of KCMP. Geez, I’m excited! This station is going to be an amazing asset to the twin cities.

It’s an aacplus stream, which is supported by the more recent versions of Winamp or Foobar 2000 if you’re on windows, or Videolan Media Player if you’re Mac OSX, linux, etc. Oh, they also have a windows media stream, for those who are so inclined. well has it been everything that you thought it would be?
Yes - it’s been everything I expected and more. Truly a great station. My car radio will be locked up 89.3 now, and I have a shortcut on my quicklaunch bar to start up the web stream :-)
So I just heard on 89.3 the DJ read a comment from a listener by the name of Erik… by the time I focused in and turned up the volume a little, I had missed the comment… something about rats. But I immediately thought of you — for the Erik-bit, not the rat-bit — and wondered if you already have the studio’s email address in you addressbook. :-)
