- 1 oz. Czech Saaz (1 min)
- .75 oz crushed coriander (15 mins)
- .25 oz crushed coriander (5 mins)
- .5 oz Bitter orange peel (5 mins)
Yeast
- Wyeast 3944 – Belgian Witbeer

Just in time for the first Spring thaw. Call me when it’s ready.
Hi Erik, I was talking to Michelle a few weeks ago and she told me that you are the coordinator of Gretchen’s e-mail update list, thing. I was wondering if you could add me to that list (Catiedid242@yahoo.com). Sorry this is unrelated to the entire blog, but I wasn’t sure of how else to contact you. Thanks!
