Ford announced this week that they’d be banning non-Ford cars in the main parking lot of their Dearborn, MI plant. That’s sick if you ask me. Employees who own non-Ford cars will now be forced to park across the street from the plant. I’d actually be interested to see the legality of this sort of descrimination. All this will amount to is increased friction w/ the unions and bad PR for an already-faltering company. Get a grip, Ford.
That’s absolutely ludicrous. And only a few days after massive layoffs. That’d make me want to work there.. (Although sadly, I’m privately rejoicing since I’m not a Ford fan..) :-P
