The remodel is coming along slowly...there was a period of several months after Bjorn was born that I didn't touch it. I recently had it taped and mudded, though, and just had an egress window installed last week, so I'm ready to finish 'er up. Yah – you guys have a point…I hadn’t though about it from that angle.

If people aren't able to buy and sell their homes as easily, the next best thing is to apgrade what you already have. If interest rates keep creeping up, I think we're going to see a boom in home improvement, additions, and that sort of thing.
